Prices shown in this catalog are FOB Palm Harbor. Shipping is additional. Minimum shipping charge is $5.35 each order. Florida residents must add 7% sales tax. Florida dealers please include your resale certificate. VISA, MASTERCARD and PayPal orders welcome. We do not ship COD. Store hours are Mon.-Fri. 8:00-4:30 Eastern Time. You may place orders online any time. World-wide shipping via Postal or FED EX.

RETURN POLICY
Returns must be made within 30 days of date of invoice, and be accompanied by the original invoice number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Parts returned due to customer error will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Return freight charge must be prepaid. COD returns will not be accepted. Custom-built or "not in catalog" items are not returnable.

RETURNED CHECK POLICY
A check dishonored for any reason by the bank on which it is drawn is subject to a $25.00 service charge. In addition, you agree to pay any other reasonable charges imposed by any check verification company or collection agency that we may use for collection.

FREIGHT DAMAGE
If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit it is important to keep the shipping carton, packing and parts intact. Call us immediately to initiate a claim.

AVAILABILITY
Prices are subject to change without notice and quantities of some items may be limited. All of our radios are hand-made by craftsmen one at a time. It can take several weeks for us to build yours, so place your order early.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
All of our products are thoroughly tested and guaranteed to perform as specified for a period of one year from date of purchase. The seller cannot control the use of these parts, therefore the seller makes no warranty, express or implied, other than replacement of a component that fails to operate. Further, since defects in a customer's radio (i.e. shorted buffer condensers or power transformer, etc.) or electrical system can destroy a vibrator, power supply, or other components, this warranty is limited to ONE replacement. In no event shall our liability exceed the buyer's purchase price nor shall we be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. This warranty does not apply to products that have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, or modification. Return the defective item to us and include sufficient shipping and handling (minimum $5.35) for a prompt replacement.

WE DO NOT DO FM CONVERSIONS ON ORIGINAL RADIOS!

Please do not send your original radio to us - it will be returned.
